My roots are in guitar playing where i started playing at 13. I joined a band only a year after starting and played variety shows as an acoustic accompaniment by the time i was 15. By the time I was 17 I joined a band and recorded a demo tape in the spring of 2009 and played consistent shows throughout the summer. The next summer I was playing a show or 2 every weekend & placed 3rd in the Illinois State Battle of the Bands. After that Summer I left for Indiana University where I decided to pursuit my own vision.
I began Producing Hip hop beats & Electronic music in the Fall of 2010. After a year of experience I began to work with local artists in Bloomington IN and the Chicagoland area. Most notably I joined a hip hop collective while in Bloomington called Simple ENT and released the mixtape #Simple where I did majority of the production & all the sound engineering. This mixtape launched the music careers and helped experiment & identify our sounds. We all still work closely together & are highly dedicated to this vision and each other even though the summer. I highly recommend checking out the #Simple tape & all of its members (T-Smuve, StoopKid, Alias, & KD)!
